Refund policy
A return will be accepted provided the item(s) are unused, in original condition, free from any damage, and returned in their original packaging. Failure to return the product in its original packaging, or any mishandling, may result in a deduction from the refundable amount. Any defects—including marks, stains, damage, or noticeable odours—indicating that the item has been worn will render the return ineligible.
Please note that Dhara Sheth FZCO does not reimburse shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@dharasheth.ae
with the order number and reason for return. A return shipping charge will apply for the courier airway bill as outlined below.

Non-UAE Customers:
Return Shipping Fee: Actual charges applied by DHL
Both the original shipping fee and return shipping fee will be deducted from the customer’s refund amount.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, please allow up to 10 working days for us to process the refund. After processing, the refund may take an additional 2–5 working days to appear in the customer’s account.
Refunds will be issued only to the original mode of payment.
Non-Refundable Items
All sale or discounted products are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
