Our products are of premium quality, and we aim to advertise our products as accurately as possible. Customer can find all the details in terms of measurements, fabric and work detail on individual product pages. Please note, we cannot take responsibility for colour perception as colour may slightly differ due to monitor settings.

Our apparel products are handmade and therefore all measurements are approximations of up to 1-2 CMS. Stones, beads or sequins being displaced cannot be deemed as a defect in the garment received as this is caused by the nature of the work.

We deliver our products worldwide. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. Avoid any delivery delay by providing full address along with contact details.

Cancellation

Changed mind? No problem, we may be able to cancel the order before the order is prepared and shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

We cannot cancel an order if it has already been prepared or dispatched.
